\ WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AT TBWA INDIA

As Administration Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintenance of office premises.
  • Making travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations.
  • Managing vendors, Invoices checking, seeking approvals, submission of bills, payment co-ordination, etc.
  • Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system.
  • Maintaining contact lists.
  • Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • All other Admin related matters.

\ WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have good communication skills both written and verbal
  • You are proficient with MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • You believe you have the Potential to build and maintain strong relation with Vendors.
  • You believe you have knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in
