But when he’s not planning clutter-breaking work at TBWA, he conducts workshops for up and coming marketing professionals and writes articles in Brand Equity.

With over 25 years experience, Namrata has built her career practicing advertising in the leading global network agencies. She has been a part of running agency operations in Bangalore and Mumbai. Successfully lead and partnered clients in their growth on brands like Colgate, Onida, NECC, Parachute, L'Oreal Paris, TVS Motors, Britannia, Pears, Radio Mirchi, and NDTV. She has also briefly been an entrepreneur and run her own agency in her journey of being an advertising practitioner.
Parixit has worked with the most successful agencies in Bombay, Singapore and Dubai. He has helped agencies win Agency of the Year titles in two of those cities. He created the World’s First Social Media Answering Machine for Nestle Kit Kat. It was hailed as one of the most talked about F&B campaigns that also brought young people back to the brand in South East Asia. In the follow-up to that campaign, he made young people create shareable art with their neural impulses while having a Kit Kat. He has also worked on various other brands like L’Oreal, Sunsilk, Tampax, Nestle, Heinz and Pepsico. His form changing work across categories has won top accolades at all international advertising shows.
Srijib comes in with almost 20 years of advertising and marketing communications experience in both National and Regional roles across India, Singapore, and London. He has worked with W&K, Bates, Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, and JWT and has worked on brands including Pepsi, MTS, Nokia, HP, Cisco, Pizza Hut, Royal Enfield, General Motors, Indian Express, Micromax, to name a few. He is a Sloan Fellow from the London Business School.

That, in a nutshell, is what Antony’s 20+ years’ work experience has been across advertising, marketing and consulting roles. He has worked across categories such as Automobiles, Airlines, Telecom, FMCG, Fashion, Retail, Technology, Beverages, among others. At the end of the day, his professional & personal passion is in how storytelling can impact businesses to succeed in marketplaces and mind spaces. A subject he speaks, writes and consults on extensively for major publications and brands in India.
Ashwin has over two decades of varied exposure in advertising, digital and marketing, across agencies, companies and countries. At TBWA, Ashwin is responsible for the creative function at TBWAIndia - North, and on Nissan United. Previously at Y&R, JWT, Dentsu and McCann, he has created effective and award-winning work on a variety of brands from telecom to confectionery but has a keen interest in, and a personal passion for the automotive category. A background in visual arts enables him to see creative holistically, and experience on the client's side helps him understand marketing challenges and create effective work that changes behaviour.
